Does Christmas have you stressed out? Need a break from studying for exams? Come out and hear the wonderful sounds of the MRA Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Shannon Watt, as they sing Christmas carols. Find out what the true meaning of Christmas is from our Drama class and Dr. Miller. Our Christmas Performance is Monday, December 15 at 6:00 in the cafeteria. We will have hot cocoa and cider along with cookies to get everyone in the right mood! Admission is free so come on out!
High School Drama/Musical Theatre Students will learn the elements of drama including musical theatre, theory and history. Students will study and perform small scenes, monologues and improvisations. The fall semester is musical with performances of concerts and plays. The spring semester will be spent on small scene performance but is also focused on our musical, which is our main production of the school year. In addition, students have the opportunity to pursue individual acting interests while allowing them the chance to participate in the creative processes of performance and production.
